7 Reasons This Beach Towel Is the Best Christmas Gift You’ll Buy This Year
Finding one gift the kids, the grandkids and your sister will all actually use is hard. Most get a polite thank you and live in the cupboard by February.
This one goes to the beach every weekend, all summer. Here’s why.
The sand shakes straight off
Regular towels hang on to all the sand, so half the beach ends up in the car.
This one is woven tight and smooth, so one good shake and it’s clean. No more sand in the car, the house or the bed.
Soft, absorbent and quick to dry
Soft on the skin and it soaks up the water fast.
It dries a lot quicker than cotton too. In one reviewer’s words, “the towel dries super quickly ready for the next swim!”
Big enough to stretch out
160 × 90 cm, which is 15% bigger than a standard beach towel.
Room to lie flat without your feet in the sand, and it still folds back into its 25 × 20 cm pouch.
A print for everyone
Sound of Summer
Salty Waves
Ocean Breeze
Underwater Magic
Rosy Tides
Kasey Rainbow
Holiday Dreams
Daintree Green
There’s a colour and design for everyone. We’ve got 13 to choose from, so you’ll find the right one for the grandkids, the teenager, your sister and Dad.
Two of the most popular are Sound of Summer and Salty Waves.
Packs into its own waterproof pouch
The towel folds up into a 25 × 20 cm pouch, so it barely takes up any room in the beach bag or the cupboard.
And the pouch is waterproof, so it keeps your phone and keys safe from sand and water at the beach, or holds your wet swimmers on the way home.
Made from 28 recycled bottles
Each beach towel is made from 28 recycled plastic bottles, and every Nakie product is made from recycled materials.
We plant 4 trees for every order too, so the gift does some good.
Loved by 550,000+ customers
Seeing their faces light up with joy when they opened their gifts made my purchase extra special.
This makes the 5th towel I have bought as gifts and they have been all very well received.
If they’re not loved, you’ve got 60 days to change your mind.
Why this beach towel?
Nakietowel
microfibre
Most beach towels tick a few of these. This one ticks them all.
Gifts that give back.
Nakie started in a Brisbane garage in 2019, when three scuba divers got sick of seeing plastic in the ocean. Their first product was a hammock made from 37 recycled bottles.
Seven years on, it’s the same idea. Here’s where it’s got to.
